Hello miss and classmates, today I have the pleasure to present you one of the pages of the Instagram platform that I liked the most and oriented in terms of dentistry and all its challenges.

Dentistrysocial is a page where we will find tips, relevant information, treatment and cleaning processes as far as dentistry is concerned.

I visit this page often, as I usually see the publications they make every day, this because of the good content they upload and the stories in which they perform various treatments and procedures on people.

This site has a good foundation in what they upload and post, they are a reliable source when it comes to knowledge and their procedures are fantastic and motivating when dealing with patients.

All these factors are why I consider it one of my favorite sites, and I recommend it with much enthusiasm to my colleagues and people interested in learning more about this career.

CAN MY MAJOR MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE?

Of course it can, my specialty is not only about restoring teeth or giving a simple treatment, it also helps to restore people's confidence and joy, thus affecting their emotional state, which generates a response of joy, excitement, nervousness, intrigue, relaxation, relief or happiness.

It is true that for this specialty, several have already left their mark throughout history, and I would be fascinated to contribute my bit, either researching, discovering, developing or innovating, in order to provide the best care to future patients, giving them the best attencion they deserve.

 Also, my specialty is a very important pillar of the socity in this days, because many people lives without caring as much as they should about their oral health, thus affect many people in the word, so this is where our duty begins helping people and by preventing their bad practices, contributing to the well being of people day by day by generating health awareness in them.

Rice is a delicacy of the gods :D

Rice is undoubtedly one of my favorite foods, its texture and pleasant taste is something I can't get enough of, why, well it's simple, rice can be combined with anything giving it a unique and perfect touch for different occasions, plus it can have different preparations throughout the world.

If we talk about the preparation, this as such doesn't have a specific one, because it depends on the way you want to prepare it, in my case with lots of vegetables and spices.

Now, the fact that it can be combined with other foods, such as meats, salads, legumes and vegetables, is what I love about this food, its preparation is very broad and this is what I love about this food.

In general I regulate the consumption of this food, therefore, it has never affected me, even so, it is necessary to respect the portions that one eats, since the excess of this food could produce metabolic diseases such as diabetes.

My favourite piece of technology

Hmm, let me think, my favorite piece of technology, without a doubt is the laptop, it is very simple, it has everything you need to search for information and work or study exhaustively, that is why it is my favorite, plus you can distract yourself in various ways, such as listening to music, drawing, playing video games, etc..

In my case, what I currently use it most is to study, since the university consumes a lot of one's time. However, you can always spend a nice time with your friends, on the various platforms that exist.

 And this is why I can say that it affects in many ways in one's life, because when you spend several hours using it, it becomes something vital for you.

That said, I recommend it if what you are looking for is to have endless tools and utilities, plus it is very efficient when it comes to study or be distracted.

Why did I choose my major

When I was about 8 years old, I remember that my greatest desire was to be a kinesiologist, why? Well, it is because at that time I had an operation on my left knee, so I had to attend rehabilitation sessions, thus calling my attention to that job.

But then I finished the school, and it was time to choose something that would mark my life, so I investigated several careers including medicine and kinesiology, careers that I really liked.

During this search period, I was looking at other careers as well, until I saw the dentistry career, deciding on this one thanks to its ideals and way of working.

well, in this lat time my experience in this career its been a new world and a challenge at the same time, but the experience from meet a new persons, new knowledge and love for this proffesion, worth any sacrifice

WHO IM I?

Hello classmates, my name is Benjamin Tamayo, im nineteen years old, i was born in Santiago, Chille, on May 18, 2002. Well, i have so much hobbies, as a start my favorit thing in the world is the sports, because this help me clean my thinks and left the bad energys, and the other hand, i like listen every type of music, buy gym items, draw a few times a week and the most important, visit woods, field and camp.

regarding my family, i have three brothers, one brother and two sisters, my mother Estrella and my father Franco. I can say that with my father I have a great relationship since he is my best friend and the one I always count on.

actually i live whit my uncle and grandphas in the comune of the Pintana, and i lived in my childhood in the comune of Pedro Aguirre Cerda. in my childhood i participated in urban activities, street art, in a recycling group and in my father's hip hop group.
